NSQ (standard assessment) is the second CAP application path alongside RPL. Same personas and end goal (certification by the awarding body); different middle stages after payment.

Shape

Section titled “Shape”
  1. Auth + onboarding (shared with RPL).
  2. Application draft (sector, trade, unit(s), centre) → identity gate → submit → centre review (same revision/version pattern as RPL).
  3. Payment before centre progresses the candidate past review.
  4. Induction form (NSQ-specific) instead of RPL folder-arrangement facilitator loop.
  5. Regular assessment — evidence against NOS; assessor feedback loops + version history; includes Direct Observation (physical) with scheduled meetings and PRF (Planning, Review and Feedback) forms.
  6. IV → EV → certification — same tail as RPL.

Implementation uses the shared workflow abstraction (evidence_review + single_approval strategies) with an NSQ-seeded template.
