Account and sign-in — Draft

Audience: candidates and staff
Artisans and assessors create an account, verify with a one-time code, and sign in with password or Google. Password reset also uses OTP. Long-term, sign-in is shared across Elimi apps.

Identity verification — Draft

Audience: candidates
Before submitting an RPL application, candidates verify their identity (starting with NIN). After verification, linked personal details stay fixed for that application path.

Paying the centre — Draft

Audience: candidates
Once the centre accepts the application, the candidate pays the centre. Payment unlocks facilitator support for gathering evidence.

Evidence and facilitation — Draft

Audience: candidates, centre facilitators
After payment, a facilitator helps the candidate arrange evidence for the chosen trade and units. Feedback may open a conversation until the folder is approved for interview.

Successful verification leads to certification by the awarding body. Candidates track status through to certificate issue or collection (digital download where applicable).
